What is easywrap?

Haddenham easywrap is a UK patented compression wrap system for the treatment of lymphoedema, chronic oedema and various other swelling related conditions (including venous insufficiency).

The easywrap compression system comes in five seperate parts that can be used separately or in combination.


Choice of two fabrics

light

A more stretchy fabric suitable for mild to moderate compression needs. Especially suitable for palliative and paediatric patients.

strong

Similar stretch to a traditional short stretch bandage, with excellent static stiffness performance, make it excellent for patients with moderate to severe compression needs.

How does it work?

easywrap garments consist of overlapping, single-layer textile bands that are worn over a protective antimicrobial liner.

The bands are secured by fasteners that are easy to attach and are engineered to be conforming and low profile.

easywrap’s unique weave ensures bands do not neck or kink making it easier to achieve a 50% overlap and consistent graduated compression.



The mechanically limited stretch of the bands gives them an easy to feel “lock-out” or “end stretch” ...


...this makes them easy to apply at the correct tension so that you can be confident that you’re getting the correct level of compression every time

A simple and effective alternative to bandaging and stockings


Adapts to limb reduction

easywrap’s UK patented technology provides all the benefits of classic short stretch technology whilst the elastic in the bands maintains more consistent compression as the limb reduces.


High working pressures mean that the more active you are, the better your lymphatic system will work to reduce oedema...



...and when you’re less active easywrap’s lower resting pressures maintain limb reduction.
